HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE PARTS
1. L GEAR PLATE
Observe the following precautions when attaching the L
GEAR PLATE (16).
'1) Confirm that the BLOCK R. ASSY (13) and the BLOCK
L. ASSY (12) are located in the unthreaded-end
positions.
2) Align the marks of the LOADING GEAR (15) and the L
GEAR PLATE (16).

2. ACE HEAD BASE ASSY
1) Tighten the screw V completely then make adjustment
until the asterisk * mark position becomes parallel, while
tightening the screw S.

RF CLUTCH ASS'Y
3) Align the marks of the LOADING PLATE R ASSY (11)
and the L GEAR PLATE (16).
4) Check that the LOADING LEVER KASIME (9) has been
turned until it is stopped in the direction of the arrow.

3. RF CLUTCH ASSY
1) Insert the shaft of the RF CLUTCH ASSY (43) next to the
M SLIDE PLATE (65).
