This machine comes with several safety systems, but users must avoid setting their hands and loose objects near the cutting discs and moving parts.

USE OF EQUIPMENT CONTROLS 1. Green button for starting the machine. 2. Red button for stopping the machine. Green Button Button Controls SETTING THE DISCS ON THE MACHINE 1. Rotate the knob as shown in figure (1) and open the cover. Cover Opening (1) 2. - Page 4 USE OF EQUIPMENT SETTING AND CUTTING THE FOOD Hopper 1. Lift the handle and set the food inside the opening as shown in figure (3), then close the handle. 2. Press the green start button with your right hand, and with your left hand, lightly move the handle downwards until food has passed through the hopper.

Turn the disc counterclockwise (Fig. 2) and cover the cutting edge with appropriate material (rubber, fabric, etc). 3. Lift the disc by setting your other hand under the disc.
