The CF Media Card and Card Reader

A CF Media Card is used to transfer images from the camera to the computer. This is a storage card
that acts much like a computer floppy disk.
After a session is completed, you must manually eject the card from the camera and load it into the
Card Reader located at the Sales Station computer.
The CF Media Card
It is important to note the labels on each
side of a CF Media Card.
These labels are designed to prevent
incorrect card loading.
Loading a CF Media Card
The CF Card Slot Cover is located on the
right side of the camera.
To open the cover, first turn the power to
the camera off. Then, slide the cover
towards the back of the camera.
The card cover will snap open.
The cover may now be swung open to reveal
the CF Card Slot.
IMPORTANT! When the CF Cover is open, the camera will appear to automatically power off. The
CF Card Slot Cover must be completely closed for the camera to turn on.
The best practice is to manually turn the camera OFF before opening the CF Card Slot Cover.
