Limited Warranty.
What does this warranty cover?
Subject to the requirements, limitations, disclaimers, and
exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty, Bugaboo
International BV, Paasheuvelweg 9 a-b (1105 BE) Amsterdam,
The Netherlands (hereinafter: "Bugaboo"), provides a limited
manufacturer's warranty for five (5) or two (2) years (which
starts from the date of purchase as indicated on the purchase
receipt).
• The five-year Limited Warranty is applicable to the Buga-
boo Boxer Chassis (excluding the Bugaboo Boxer Organiz-
er), the Bugaboo Boxer Travel Case and the Bugaboo Boxer
Cabin Case (including fabrics, zippers and straps); and,
• The two-year Limited Warranty is applicable to all bags,
accessories (including but not limited to the Bugaboo Boxer
Organizer, the Bugaboo Boxer Inner Bag and the Bugaboo
Laptop Bag) and the Bugaboo by Jannissima collection,
with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty applies only if the problem is caused by manu-
facturing defects in the material(s) and / or workmanship of
the product.
Repaired or replaced parts will only be warrantied for
the remaining period of the original warranty.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty expressly excludes claims and damage
caused by:
• normal wear & tear;
• abrasion;
• misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage
and product care;
• maintenance and use other than as that indicated
in the user guide;
• failure to follow the instructions in the user guide;
• flight/airline or transport damage (e.g. deformation, cracks,
