Page 3 Before continuing with this user guide, please ensure you are using a ZEB Horizon with the Generation 1 datalogger. This can be identified from the front panel shown in Figure 2. If the front panel of your datalogger doesn’t match this image, please open the ‘ZEB Cradle – Assembly with ZEB Horizon (Gen 2)’ guide.
Page 4 2. Assembly Step 1. Remove the handle from the ZEB Horizon scanner head by lifting the pin upwards and sliding the handle out of the scanner head base. Then remove the rubber dampers from the back of the ZEB Horizon scanner head. Figure 3.

Re-attach the universal mounting plate (with the datalogger attached) to the front of the cradle using the two fixing screws. Step 5.
