First time pairing with the supervisor HS-1500BT headset.
- Turn on the supervisor HS-1500BT headset.
- Hold and continue to hold the Bluetooth button
laptop until Bluetooth light is flashing slowly.

Press once to mute the mic input;
Press again to unmute.
Press once to increase the volume.
Press & hold to increase the volume
continuously until maximum level.
Press once to decrease the volume.
Press & hold to decrease the volume
continuously until minimum level.
Press & hold for 1 second to
reconnect / disconnect.
Press & hold to switch between agent
and supervisor headset.
