1. Preparation
(1) Prepare the following tools
© No. 2 Philips screwdriver
© Diagonal cutters
Four optional crystal fitters are available.
2. Install up to three filters according to the following
procedure
{1} Remove the top and bottom covers {sixteen screws,
total). :
(2) Plug-in fitters at their locations on the signal unit board.
Tighten the supplied mounting screws.
COMBINATION OF iF FILTERS
@ YK-88A-1
(1) Remove
the small circuit board fastened to the YK-
88A-1 location.
m YK-88C-1
WM YG-455C-1 or YG-455CN-1
(2) Replace the top and bottom covers.
( }=Optional filter installed.
"1 Shows recommended optional filter combination for CW.
*2._ AF TUNE in FSK mode does not work.
*3_ Although VBT circuit operates, not recommended.
*4 No optional SSB filters.
