- Page 3 INSTALL FABRIC BANNERS Pull fabric banner over the top of the arch and pull down to the floor. Adjust fabric as necessary, then zip bottom to secure in place. NOTE: Fabric banners not included with base package ( AS3WALLFG - Frame Only).
