 During cooking, food should be turned frequently to ensure uniform cooking.
Please note that splashes may occur during cooking.
 It is convenient to move the position of the food to allow uniform cooking.
 Always turn and remove food using utensils that cannot damage the non-stick
surface, such as wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils.
 You can place aluminum foil in the drip tray for easier and faster disposal and in
addition, the paper will allow heat to reflect upwards making cooking more
efficient.
Note: When placing the foil, it is important that it does not protrude from the
edges of the tray, as this may prevent good air circulation.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

CAREFUL: Unplug the unit and let it cool before cleaning. Do not immerse the
plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or
scouring pads to clean the unit, as this may damage the coating.
 Set the temperature control to position "0".
 Unplug the iron from the outlet and allow to cool before removing the
temperature control and cleaning.
 Use a damp towel or cloth to wipe off any grease or debris left on the grill plate.
To remove persistent food residues, use a nylon scouring pad. Never use
abrasive cleaners or metal scourers, as these will damage the non-stick coating.
 After washing, dry the plate thoroughly, paying particular attention to the socket
and plugs.
 Once clean and dry, store your grill in a dry place.
 Wrap the power cord into a coil and secure it with a swivel lock.
 Apart from the recommended cleaning, no additional maintenance by the user is
required.

This appliance is labelled in compliance with European directive
2002/96/EC for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). By
ensuring that this appliance is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent
any possible damage to the environment and to human health, which
might otherwise be caused if it were disposed of in the wrong way.
The symbol on the product indicates that it may not be treated as normal household
waste. It should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and
electronic goods.
