open position also accommodates different cuts of meat with different thicknesses,
allowing you to cook each piece to your liking.

 If you want the excess liquid to flow out better, you can open the extendable feet
on the bottom of the appliance.
 Thaw frozen foods before cooking on the grill.
 Be careful not to scratch the special layer of the cooking plates, as they will lose
their non-stick quality. Use a traditional wooden spatula or a specially designed
heat-resistant plastic utensil. Do not use sharp and/or pointed metal objects.
 In case of partial use of the grill surface, place all foods in the center of the grill.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAREFUL: Unplug the unit and let it cool before cleaning. Do not immerse the
plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring
pads to clean the unit, as this may damage the coating.
 Use a paper or soft cloth to wipe off any grease or debris left on the grill plate,
the appliance is easier to clean when it is slightly hot. It is not necessary to
disassemble the unit for cleaning.
 Never put the appliance in water or in the dishwasher.
 To remove persistent food residues, use a nylon scouring pad. Never use
abrasive cleaners or metal scourers, as these will damage the non-stick coating.
To facilitate the cleaning of food residues, squeeze some warm water mixed
with detergent over them and then clean them with a non-abrasive scouring pad.
 Remove and empty the drip tray after each use and wash the tray with warm
water and soap. Avoid using scouring pads or strong detergents.
 After washing, dry the plate thoroughly, paying special attention to the electrical
socket and plugs.
 Clean the outside of the unit only with a damp cloth. Do not clean the exterior
with an abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish. Do
not immerse in water or any other liquid.
 Once clean and dry, store your grill in a dry place.
 Wrap the power cord in a coil and secure it with a swivel lock.
 Apart from the recommended cleanliness, no additional maintenance by the user
will be necessary.
