indicating that the selected temperature is staying within the level.

unplug the plug and remove the cooked food. Allow to cool before cleaning.
3.3 ADVICES
 Thaw frozen foods before cooking.
 Be careful not to scratch the special layer of the hotplates, as they will lose their
non-stick quality. Use a traditional wooden spatula or a specially designed heat-
resistant plastic utensil. Do not use sharp and/or pointed metal objects.
 In case of partial use of the grill surface, place all foods in the center of the grill.
3.4. COOKING GUIDE
The following temperature levels and times are only a guide and may vary according to
your preferences and the size or thickness of the food being cooked. As time passes,
you will become more familiar with the times needed to cook food according to your
personal requirements. Some thicker foods, especially pork and chicken, which must
be cooked thoroughly, may be pre-cooked in a conventional oven or microwave before
being placed on the grills.
 The most tender pieces of meat are most appropriate for cooking in this
appliance. It is advisable to avoid cooking meat of a harder consistency and
thicker thickness, as these may take longer to cook in the middle, which may
cause the edges to be overcooked.
