1, Input the 33 kHz/60Hz YPBPR SMPTE (709) 100 %
color bar signal fo the RGB/COMPONENT connector.
2. Connect an oscilloscope to TP302.

Adjust PB/B BLACK (A2~8E) data on the MENU so that
the pedestal portion becomes flat as shown in Fig. 3-20.

Remove the difference in amplitudes between the first
step and the second step of the waveform with G-Y/B
(A2--A9) on the MENU as shown in Fig. 3-22.
Remove the difference in amplitudes between the
second step and the third step of the waveform with G-
Y/R (A2—9B) on the MENU. Repeat the adjustments
until the top peak portion becomes flat.
