IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. This manual contains information
concerning the proper installation and use of Tripp Lite's Power Distribution
Units (PDUs). SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
Note: This PDU is intended only for use with select Tripp Lite UPS Systems.
The PDU's input must be grounded. Do not use it with extension cords or adapters that
eliminate its connection to ground. Your PDU is designed for indoor use only. Install it
away from heat emitting devices such as radiators and heat registers. Do not install where
excessive moisture or other conductive contaminants are present. Never install electrical
wiring during a lightning storm.

Installation

A variety of installation options are available: 2U
rackmount, wall mount, under-console mount and
more.
Note: The user must supply and determine the
fitness of all hardware (including rackmount
screws, bolts and cage nuts) required in the
installation process; the user must also determine
the fitness of the mounting surface.

On each side of the unit, run four rackmount
screws through star washers, through one of the
mounting clips and into the unit's pre-drilled holes.
B The mounting clips can be oriented in a variety
of ways to suit a variety of applications. A recessed
rackmount installation allows space for connected
cables in front of the rack or enclosure.
