Hardware Description

2.1 Chassis Overview

Huawei S2700-EI series Ethernet switches provide the access, aggregation, and data transport
functions. They meet requirements for reliable access and aggregation and high-quality
transmission of multiple services on enterprise networks. S2700-EI switches use an integrated
hardware platform. S2700-EI hardware consists of the chassis, power module, fan module, and
switch control unit (SCU).
The S2700-EI series includes S2750-EI and S2720-EI models.
