Problem
Unable to
register/log in to
an account.
Portable air
conditioner
cannot pair with
the Honeywell Air
Comfort App.

Amazon Echo or Google Home device.

Possible Cause
Mobile smart device's
Wi-Fi is switched off.
Wi-Fi signal is too weak.
Forgot the password of
your account.
Portable air conditioner
is not connected to the
socket-outlet.
The Wi-Fi setting on
the device is not set
properly.

Solution
Switch on the mobile smart device's
Wi-Fi.
• Install a Wi-Fi extender (not
included).
• Move the portable air conditioner
closer to the Wi-Fi router.
At the login screen, tap "Forgot
Password" and input your mobile
number/email address, then tap "Get
VerificationCode." An SMS or email will
be sent to you. Follow the process to
reset your password.
Connect the portable air conditioner
to the socket-outlet.
• Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on
the device until it sounds twice. The
Wi-Fi settings are now reset.
• Press and hold the Mode and Swing
buttons on the remote until the
device sounds 8 times and then
sounds twice. The Wi-Fi settings are
now reset.
