Attaching/Detaching Battery Pack

pack:
Align the raised rib on the battery pack with the
grooves on the machine, and then slide the
battery pack onto the machine.
To attach the battery pack:
Make sure the shear/shrubber is switched off.

battery pack onto the machine.
Make sure that the latches on the battery pack snap into place and the battery pack is

secured to the machine before beginning the operation.
NOTICE: When placing the battery pack on the machine, be sure that the raised ribs on the
battery pack align with the grooves inside the machine and that the latch snaps into place
properly. Improper attachment of the battery pack can cause damage to internal components.
To detach the battery pack:
Make sure the shear/shrubber switched off.

Press the battery-release button, located on the front of the battery pack, to release the

battery pack.
Pull the battery pack out and remove it from the machine.

Install/Remove the Blade

handling blade.
To install the blade (Fig .3a):
a. Insert the narrow end of the shrub shear
blade or grass shear blade into the machine
housing.
b. Press the two blade release buttons
simultaneously.
c. Press the blade against the machine
housing until it locks in place with an audible click.
