Use
Your appliance is fitted with a thermostat for your safety.
Using the appliance continuously for very long periods may
cause the appliance to overheat and stop working. It is
therefore recommended that you disconnect the appliance
from the mains supply and allow to fully cool before
continuing use.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
Connect it to the electricity supply.
Select the operating mode.
Set the thermostat to the required setting.

Turn clockwise to increase the heat output.

Operation

Plug the heater into a suitable power outlet observing
the instructions regarding positioning and switch on.
To use for heating
Turn the control dial to "I" for low heat and "II" for full
heat.
Set the level of heat by turning the thermostat dial
gradually clockwise for the lowest heat and fully
clockwise for maximum.
The thermostat will turn the machine off when the
selected room heating is achieved, and when the
temperature drops it will turn on again automatically.
For maximum heat output use "II" with the thermostat
turned fully clockwise.

To distribute heat evenly around a room, Turn the control

Overheating
The thermostat will turn the machine off if it overheats.
Overheating can be caused by obstruction to the air
intakes on the back of the machine or the grill on the
front. If this occurs please disconnect the machine and
allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Remove any obstruction
and turn the machine back on.
If the heater ceases to function, the most likely cause is a
blown fuse, please contact with repair center.
Safety tip-over switch
The appliance is fitted with a tip-over switch. When you
use the appliance in an upright position on a flat and
stable surface, the tip-over switch will be on. In the event
the heater is knocked over, the heater will stop
functioning automatically.

Cleaning and maintenance & storage
Warning! Before cleaning and maintenance, switch the
appliance off and remove the plug from the socket.
Warning! Do not immerse the appliance or the cord set or
the plug in water or any other liquid.
The appliance is easier to clean if you do so immediately
after use.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone,
alcohol etc. to clean the appliance.
Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse
the motor unit in water nor rinse it under the tap.
Mains plug replacement
If a new mains plug needs to be fitted:
Safely dispose of the old plug.
Connect the brown lead to the live terminal of the new
plug.
Connect the blue lead to the neutral terminal.
If the product is class l (earthed), connect the green /
yellow lead to the earth terminal.
Warning! If your product is class ll double insulated (only 2
wires in the cord set), no connection is to be made to the
earth terminal.
Follow the fitting instructions supplied with good quality plugs.
Any replacement fuse must be of the same rating as the
original fuse supplied with the product.
