Replace the BD Main CBA or BD Mechanism
Assembly.
Check each line between each pin of CN5001
and each pin of IC5101,IC5201 and IC5301
and service it if defective.

CN5001 10,12PIN → IC5201 2,6PIN SURROUND(L/R)
CN5001 6,8PIN → IC5301 2,6PIN CENTER/SUB WOOFER
Replace ICs (IC5101, IC5201 or IC5301).
Replace the DVD Main CBA Unit.
Check each line and service it if defective.
