To connect the NATURESPY WIFI WILDCAM 2 camera to a new internet provider, follow these steps:

1. Open the NatureSpy app.
2. Tap the '+' symbol in the top right corner and select 'Add Device'.
3. Select the NatureSpy WiFi WildCam 2 camera.
4. Turn on the camera. The LED should flash blue and red quickly. If not, hold the on/off button on the camera base for 10 seconds to reset it.
5. Tap to continue in the app and enter your new WiFi network name and password. Note that only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported.
6. The app will prompt you to scan a QR code using the camera lens. Move your smartphone or tablet slowly back and forth in front of the lens.
7. Once the camera confirms the information, tap 'I heard a prompt' in the app to start pairing.
8. The pairing process may take up to 2 minutes.

If the connection is weak, move the camera closer to the router or use a WiFi extender.

The document does not provide specific instructions on how to access the video recording length on the NatureSpy WiFi WildCam 2. However, it mentions that increasing the video recording length may drain the battery faster and suggests using the standard 15-second recording for longer battery life. You may need to check the NatureSpy app settings or the camera’s menu to adjust the recording length.

My device has updated to V1.****7 and now I can’t put it into sleep mode. I use the camera at night and had been putting it to sleep mode during the day. How do I now do that? Thank you

To put the NATURESPY WIFI WILDCAM 2 into sleep mode after updating to V1.7, use the sleep mode slider in the camera settings. This disables motion detection, so no videos will be recorded automatically.
