NOTE: NEVER TRANSPORT OR TURN THE APPLIANCE UPSIDE DOWN OR ON ITS SIDE. IF THIS OCCURS, WAIT 6 HOURS
BEFORE TURNING THE APPLIANCE ON, 24 HOURS IS RECOMMENDED. (After the unit has been on its side, oil needs to return to
the compressor to ensure proper function. Without allowing the unit this time (6-24 hours) The unit may function for only a short

PROBLEM
The air
conditioning unit does not start.

SELF-DIAGNOSIS
The appliance has a self diagnosis system to identify a number of malfunctions. error messages are displayed on the appliance
display.
IF...IS DISPLAYED,
"low Temperature"
...MEANS: room temperature is too low
CAUSE
no electricity.
It is not plugged into the outlet.
The safety device of the plug has
tripped
The air exhaust hose has a constric-
tion
The air exhaust hose is blocked
There are tight bends in the air
exhaust hose
Window open
The exhaust hose is detached
Air filters clogged
Air purifying filters clogged
The safety device has tripped
The tank inside the appliance is full
IF...IS DISPLAYED,
"high Temperature"
...MEANS: room temperature is too high

Troubleshooting

REMEDY
plug into the outlet.
Reset the safety device, if problem
persists contact our toll free
customer service.
position the exhaust hose correctly.
Check there are no obstacles.
Obstructing air discharge.
eliminate the tight bends.
Close all windows. only the
window where the appliance
is installed can remain slightly
opened
Connect the exhaust hose.
Clean or replace the filter.
Clean or replace the filters.
Wait for three minutes. (it's due to
a normal safety check)
empty the tank (see " end of season
operations) on page 10).
IF...IS DISPLAYED,
"Probe Failure"
(sensor damaged)
...MEANS: contact your local customer service
