2. Wiring

1. Connect components to the charge controller in the sequence as shown above. Pay much
attention to "+" and "-". Always connect the battery first in order to allow the controller to
recognize the system voltage. Do not insert the fuse or turn on the breaker during installation.
When disconnecting the system, the order will be reversed.
2. After starting the controller check if the display is on. Otherwise please refer to chapter 6.
3. The fuse should be installed as close to the battery as possible. The recommended distance
is 150mm.
4. Offgridtec PWM Pro charge controllers are
connection of solar, load or battery can be grounded es required.
CAUTION
 Connect inverters or other loads with high start currents directly to the
battery and not to the controller.
 Please also check the max. charging current of your controller.
