LISTENING TO RADIO
Remote Control
1. Press the TUNER button to select the FM band.
2. Tune in to the desired station.
• Automatic Tuning 1 : When the 144,_1 button is
pressed, a preset broadcast station is selected.
Automatic Tuning 2 : Press and hold the A,V
button to automatically search for active
broadcasting stations.
Manual Tuning : Brieflypress the A,V button to
increase or decrease the frequency incrementally.

select PRESET and then press the 144,1,¢,-I button to
select the preset station.

select MANUAL and then press and hold the 144,1_,1
button to automatically search the band.

Manual Tuning ' Pressthe STOP (m) button to select MANUAL and then briefly pressthe i._,1_-_-i
button to tune in to a lower or higherfrequency.
Pressthe MO/ST button to listen in Mono/Stereo.
Eachtime the buttonis pressed,the soundswitchesbetweenSTEREOand MONO.
In a poor receptionarea,selectMONOfor a clear,interference-free b roadcast.
PRESETTING STATIONS
Example : Presetting FM89.10 in the memory
1. Press the TUNER button to select the FM band.
2. Pressthe A,V button to select 89.10.
3. Pressthe TUNER MEMORY button.
• 01 flashes inthe display.
4. Pressthe 144,_1 buttonto select presetnumber.
• You can select between 1 and 15 presets.
5. Press the TUNER MEMORY button again.
Pressthe TUNERMEMORYbuttonbeforeNumber
disappears from the display.
Numberdisappearsfrom the displayandthe stationis
storedin memory.

6. To preset another station, repeat steps 2 to 5.
• To tune in to a preset station, press the 144, _ 1 button on the remote control to select a channel.
