The BAFANG BT F07.450.C battery showing no power after charging, despite the indicator displaying four bars, could be caused by one or more of the following:

1. Battery not properly locked: If the battery is not fully locked into place (indicated by a 'click' sound), it may not make proper contact with the bike’s electrical system.

2. Charger malfunction: Even if the indicator shows charging, the charger could be faulty and not delivering correct voltage or current.

3. Battery management system issue: The internal protection or control circuitry may be malfunctioning, preventing power output even with charge present.

4. Connection issue: There may be a poor or damaged connection between the battery and the bike, preventing power transfer.

5. Deep sleep mode: If the battery entered deep sleep mode, it might need to be awakened properly before use.

6. Temperature conditions: Charging or operating the battery outside the recommended temperature range (0°C to 45°C) may affect performance.

Each of these should be checked to identify and resolve the issue.
