(1) Use a "Music Composer II (YRM 501)" cartridge to compose your music. Data are
input via the DX7's keyboard.
Playback is achieved via DX7, TX7 and SFG Sound
Synthesizer Unit. RX11
is clocked by Music Computer.
(2) Choose Connection Setting (2) to play DX7 and TX7 manually (TX function memory
controls DX functions), while RX is clocked by CX (sound also comes from SFG).
With the "MIDI-Recorder
(YRM 301)" cartridge however, you are able to record in
real time, which contributes to the liveliness of your recording.

(3) With this Connection Setting, you are able to use your Music Computer to write rhythm
patterns on RX11. Use the "RX Editor (YRM 302)" cartridge.
(4) The MJC8 allows you to program both DX7 and TX7. All you need is the "DX7 Voicing
Program (YRM 103)" cartridge.
Setup 2 (Large Setup)
In this setup the ТХ81 6 module numbers 2, 3 and 4, 5 are combined. ВХ is directly connected
to "Common THRU" terminal of TX816.
The KX88 functions as master keyboard, either
inputting data into QX1 or controlling TX816 and DX5 (if desired, DX5 may be used as
master keyboard). See following Connection Setting examples.
