Intended use

The product serves as a decorative solar light for the garden or patio area. The
battery is charged during daylight using the built-in solar panel. The solar light
switches on the light automatically in the dark and when there is movement, the
inserted battery takes over the energy supply of the light source. The motion
detector switches the light on when there is movement within a radius of 3-5 m. If
there is no movement, the LED light switches off automatically after 15 seconds.
The solar light is designed for private use and is not suitable for commercial use. Any
use other than that described above is not permitted.

Assembly and commissioning

Screw the solar light to a wall approx. 2-3 m high using the supplied assembly
material.
Press the ON/OFF button once to turn the light on. The lamp charges automatically
during the day and switches on automatically at night as soon as there is
movement. If no movement is detected for 15 seconds, the light switches off
automatically.
If there is a transport protection film on the solar panel, remove it.
Handling Solar Lights
▪ The performance of the solar light varies with the season, depending on the
duration and strength of the sunlight received.
▪ During prolonged periods of weather without sufficient solar radiation, it may
happen that the charge status of the battery is too low to enable lighting for a
longer period of time. The battery is charged with less energy during the day than
energy is withdrawn at night. This inevitably shortens the lighting duration. The
battery can be deeply discharged in this way and thus damaged. When not in use
for a long time, set the switch to OFF to avoid damage to the battery or solar light.
To change the battery, see page 3.
▪ Make sure that the solar panel is not dirty or covered by snow and ice in winter.
This reduces the efficiency of the solar panel. Cold temperatures have a negative
impact on battery life. If you do not need the solar light for a longer period of time,
e.g. in winter, it should be cleaned and stored in a dry, frost-free room. When not
in use for a long time, set the switch to OFF to avoid damage to the battery or solar
light. To change the battery, see page 3.
