The operator must be authorised by the plant manager. It must be installed by authorised and professionally qualified personnel, in full compliance with the installation instructions provided below.
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S RESIDUAL RISKS AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Although the machine has been built in accordance with the current safety regulations, there are some residual risks that cannot be eliminated since they are related to the machine's functionality. RISKS DUE TO SUSPENDED LOADS: It is necessary to identify the area affected by suspended loads indicated in this manual, using horizontal signs.
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S DESCRIPTION Two column lift equipped with two arm trolleys driven by trapezoidal screws. The movement between one screw and the other is transmitted by means of a chain. A metal cable has three functions: descent limit switch and safety device in case the main nut is completely worn or the chain breaks.
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S LIMITATIONS OF USE The lift is designed and built to lift cars. Any use of the machine to lift other vehicles or objects of a different nature is to be considered improper use. Maximum and minimum dimensions of vehicles Length Height Width...
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S TRANSPORTATION These lifts are shipped with nylon packing material fastened with sticky tape and strapped onto wooden pallets. The solidity of the machines and their shape ensure that they are transported and stored safely and without damage to the machine. The machine weighs about 680 Kg.
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S POSITIONING For proper installation, following these instructions very carefully: 1) The lift must be installed on a well-levelled floor, with a minimum consistency of class R'bk 250 or above and a minimum thickness of 150 mm and made of electro-welded mesh on which there must be no expansion joints or cuts that interrupt the continuity of the reinforcement.
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S CLEARANCE AREAS The space required for correct use is indicated in Fig. 2. Within the clearance area around the machine, it is necessary to take the utmost care, both for people and for property, and there must be no obstacles, both with and without a load.
2 column electro-mechanical lift Mod. Z41/3S ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Z41/3S After unpacking the various components, check that they are intact and that they feature no anomalies and then follow the instructions for the assembly of the components, using the illustrations as a reference. Fig.
