Do not use the lift when temperature is below –10°C (14°F). It is recommended to use only original accessories. Our lifts are designed to accept original FASEP accessories. Make sure that, during up and down operation, there are no dangerous conditions for persons or things.

Z31 RESIDUAL HAZARDS AND INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION DEVICES Although the machine has been manufactured according to the safety regulations in force, there are residual hazards, which cannot be eliminated and are directly linked to machine operation. 4-column electro-hydraulic lift Mod. Z31 INSTALLATION Machine installation requires a working space of 4m in width and 6m in length. The upper dimensions should match the height of the vehicles to be lifted. The user must make sure that the vehicle, brought to maximum height, does not interfere on the upper part with external obstacles.

Put the two crosspieces (Ref.1-Fig. 3) in place using four 60-cm-high stands (Ref.2-Fig. 3); the two crosspieces must be parallel to each other and must have the electric cables and air pipe protections on the outer side.

Z31 CLIMBING RAMPS, PROTECTIONS AND VEHICLE STOPS ASSEMBLY Climbing ramps and vehicle stops can be mounted indifferently on one side or the other, according to personal needs. Mount the climbing ramps introducing the hooking into the special slots of the crosspieces.

STANDING: Press the lowering pushbutton (Ref.3-Fig. 6); the position of the platform is automatically stabilized on the hooks.
