Set the FS-5U polarity switch as follows:

Use the TOUCH SENS parameter to select the opti-
mum picking characteristics (response to play). If
picking with your fingers, for example, set TOUCH
SENS to "Fi" (finger picking) for a more natural
representation.

Fi (finger picking)
The setting is optimized for representation of fin-
ger picking. Sensitivity is higher than the normal
setting.

General-purpose picking.
