3. Clean the gasket and plug
surfaces and install the spark
plug finger-tight before tightening
to the following torque:
Spark plug torque:
20 Nm, 2.0 m . kg
Y-37

Engine Oil Replacement
1. Warm up the engine for several
minutes, place the golf car on a
level surface, then stop the
engine.
Use caution not to touch hot engine
oil or hot engine parts, during the
following procedure. Death or seri-
ous personal injury can result from
failing to comply with the safety
instructions in this manual.
NOTICE
To remove the oil from the engine,
an oil extraction tool can be used
to extract the oil via the dipstick
feed hole instead of draining out
the drain plug.
2. Block rear tires and lift front end
of car. Secure car with car
stands.
3. Release two rubber tabs to
exhaust duct and four bolts to
lower panel.
