Testing the Parking Brake

1. Start the machine.
2. Slowly drive the machine forward on level ground and engage the parking brake while
moving.
3. Verify that the machine stops moving and the
parking brake icon appears on the information
display, then move the levers to neutral.
4. Slowly attempt to drive the machine forward or
rearward.
5. Verify that the parking brake icon remains on the information display and that the
machine does not move.
If the icon does not display or the machine moves while the parking brake is engaged,
contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
