Multimedia
* An stereo pair of 3 Watt Dome Speakers (3W + 3W output) is included as standard equipment and a
microphone is bulit in, so that multimedia can be enjoyed with a minimum of space taken up by
equipment.

Digital adjustment using the on-screen display
» The on-screen menu is available in 5 languages.
English, French, German, Spanish or Italian can be selected.
» Custom adjustments can be quickly and easily made through the on-screen menu utilizing four
buttons on the front panel.
» The on-screen menu allows adjustments to be made by scrolling effortlessly through choice
bars.
The Plug & Play PanaMeda PMS is a DDC 1/2B* compatible monitor that uses VESA" (Video
Electronics Standards Association) DDC ™ (Display Data Channel) standard. This allows the
ParaMeda PMS to inform a compatible host of its capabilites which meet the Microsoft" / Intel".

Power Management
+ A power management circuit conforming to the VESA DPMS standard is incorporated into the
monitor. Power consumption of the monitor can be lowered when using it in combination with a
computerfdisplay adaptor that meets the DPMS standard.

Macintosh 13°/16°/19" modes up to 1280 (H) x 1024 (V).
* Eight timing selections ( 1 preset and 7 reservation) have been preset by the factory for image
size and position.
In addition there are 8 user programmable selections of timing.

VESA DDC V2B
The PM15 is a VESA DDC 128 type of display. The PM15 is capable of continuously transmitting ita EDID
(Extended Display IDentitication) using a uni-directional DDC 1 communications channe!. In addition, the
The PMi5 can respond to a request for EDID, or complete VDIF (Video Display interFace), to be
transmitied using DDC2, Level B commands.
The EDID data contains the display Identity and the basic display specifications. The VDIF data contains
full display specifications as definded ín the VESA VDIF standard. If a DDC2 capable host ls detected
by the PM15, It will switch to a bi-directional DDC2 communications channel,
As required by this standard, the PM15 is incapable of switching from DDC2 to DDC1 unless the power
is removed, once it has switched from DDC1 to DDC2.
