1 Align the flat side of the connecting plate with the line on the
camcorder, and push down and slide it in the direction of the arrow.
2 Connect the AC power adaptor to a wall outlet.
3 Set CHARGE/VTR of the AC power adaptor to VTR.
See the instruction manual of the AC power adaptor for details.
Remove it the same way as you do with the battery pack. See page 7.
The DCP-77 DC pack (not supplied) is required.

1 Align the flat side of the DC pack with the line on the camcorder, and
push down and slide it in the direction of the arrow.
2 Connect the cord of the DC pack to the cigarette lighter socket of a
car (12 V or 24 V).
Remove it the same way as you do with the battery pack. See page 7.
e AC-V55 AC power adaptor: You can charge two battery packs continuously
using this adaptor and the house current. By connecting this adaptor with
the DCC-16AW car battery cord, you can use your camcorder with the car
battery.
¢ BC-55, BC-77 portable battery charger: You can charge a battery pack on
100-240 V AC.
¢ DC-V30 car battery charger: You can charge a battery pack through the
cigarette lighter socket.
