Connecting with the Computer
1. Tum the power on by pressing the [=] button to the left.
2. Tum the power on and connect the device to the
computer using a USB cable.

as follows. Press the mode you want using | + / == |
button and press [ O | button.
- Power & Play : The device is being charged and a file
is being played.
- Power & Data : The device is being charged and data
transfer is being transferred
m For troublefree connection with the computer, connect when all the functions
are stopped.
m Connect to a high-power USB 2.0 port. If connected to a keyboard or a USB hub
without a power supply of its own, connection with the computer may not be troublefree,

Disconnecting from the Computer
1. Safely disconnect the device from the computer by
clicking the icon on the taskbar of the computer screen.
2, Confirm the device disconnection by clicking [Confirm].

= Depending on the operating system for example Windows XP, the icon may be
hidden from the taskbar, Hidden icons can be displayed by clicking indicator.
m Safe disconnection may not be performed if application programs such as
Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player Windows are being used, Make sure that
the device is safely disconnected after all the active application programs are closed,
= (f safe disconnection fails, try again later, Fallure to safely disconnect may cause
data loss.
