Before first use
NOTE
► This appliance is supplied with non-charged
batteries. The batteries must be charged for
6 hours before the first use.
■ Remove all packaging materials and protective
stickers from the appliance, especially the pro-
tective sticker on the contacts on the back of the
hand element .
■ Place the cradle

Charging the appliance

NOTE
► Ensure that the appliance is switched off
before starting to charge the batteries.
■ To charge the appliance, connect the charger
to a mains socket and insert the barrel jack
into the charging socket

■ To connect the hand element
push the tip of the hand element
opening in the hand element recess
■ Then press the grip

clicks firmly into position (Fig. 1).
■ To remove the hand element
press the "Hand element" release
■ Then pull the hand element
forwards out of the hand element recess
(Fig. 2).
