OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Connect the unit to the electricity supply. Switch the unit on (ON/OFF BUTTON), insert empty Gastronorm containers (100mm deep maximum) with lids and wait until the temperature display shows 2 C. At this point introduce your chilled food product. -
