panel and connect the switch. Make sure the
connectors are fully inserted onto the terminals.

Clean the surface of the existing decal. Orient
the decal to match the symbols of the spray
system switch. Install the decal on the right side
of the newly installed switch.

Install the harness.
A.
Locate the connector labeled "accessory
port" on the machine main harness under
the control panel. Remove the connector
cap and plug in the accessory relay harness.
B.
Place the relay on the inside of the frame
as shown in
plastic plug. Connect the foam marker
harness to the accessory relay harness and
route the foam marker harness towards the
left front corner of the control tower.
C.
Locate the connector labeled "foam marker"
near the lower, front, left side of the control
tower and plug in the foam marker harness.
Finish routing the harness up the outside of
the tower to the foam marker and plug into
the foam marker unit.

Use zip ties to secure the accessory harness
away from other components.

Tighten the hose zip ties.
15.
Reconnect the negative battery cable.
16.
Add pure clean water to the two gallon tank.
17.
Turn the ignition key to ON and then operate the
spray system and check for leaks. Repair all
leaks before returning the sprayer to service.
18.
Reinstall the rear cushion.

Operating Instructions
1.
With the key switch OFF and the foam marker
switch OFF, the foam marker should not be ON.
2.
Turn the key switch ON. The foam marker
switch should toggle the tank off and on. The
tank should be off when the switch is depressed
down on the "O" side of the decal. If the foam
marker operates opposite of this, remove and
rotate the switch 180 degrees and reinstall.
With the switch in the ON position, press
and hold the foot button to turn on the spray.
Releasing the button turns off the spray.
