The product must be EXCLUSIVELY used for the purpose it was designed for. Esse-ti shall not be responsible for damages arising from improper use. The product has been designed in compliance with the regulations in force and must be installed in systems that comply with the provisions of law.

Inserting the SIM card Before inserting or replacing the SIM card, always make sure that the module has been disconnected from the mains and take all necessary measures to avoid electrostatic discharge. Shift the SIM card housing cover downward and lift it. ...
Screw the antenna cable in to the connector on the top of the module. WARNING NEVER connect GSM200 C module without having installed the antenna. The module may damage. WARNING Do not install the product near other electric or electronic devices that were not especially designed to be used with it.
PROGRAMMING When using the GSM200 C module for connection with any Esse-ti alarm system, please make sure the parameter “Programming the type of telephone line” has been adequately set in the specific alarm system. Lift the local telephone handset of the elevator alarm system.
Insert the provided cable (pin-to-pin cable) in to the two RJ45 connectors located on the Helpy 2W-TL / Helpy 2W-LCP and GSM200 C module. In order to reach longer distances (up to 100 m), please use a cat.5 or higher cable.

STARTING After the connection, wait 1 minute to give time to the GSM200 C to register correctly with the GSM network. Make sure the red LED (device status) flashes briefly once every 3 seconds as shown in the paragraph “Signalling”.

The module is provided with a 3 m cable. Use a cat. 5 or higher cable to connect the GSM200 C module at a longer distance (up to 100 m). The minimum recommended distance, between the GSM200 C module and the elevator alarm system, is 50 cm.
Upon switch on, it indicates GSM network login in progress; if it keeps blinking, it may indicate that the GSM200 C has not been correctly registered with the network, the SIM card is protected by the PIN code or other problems.
