Questions and answers
Your RunCam HelmetCam may be recording multiple short clips instead of a single 15-minute video file due to the microSD card format or storage limitations. If the microSD card is not formatted correctly or has issues, the camera may fail to record continuously. Try formatting the microSD card using a computer or the RunCam App. Additionally, ensure you are using a U3 microSD card with up to 128GB capacity as recommended. If the issue persists, check if the firmware is up to date.
