Preparation

Loading batteries

Caution
• Do not use batteries other than those specified.
• Do not insert batteries in the wrong direction.
• Do not charge, heat, open, or short-circuit the batteries. Do not throw batteries into a
fire.
• Do not charge the supplied batteries.
• When using re-chargeable batteries, follow the instructions for the batteries or the
charger to handle them safely.
• Do not leave dead or exhausted batteries in the unit.
• Do not use different types of batteries together, or mix old and new batteries.
Neglecting the above may cause battery leakage and corrosion, resulting in burns or
injury.
If your fingers or clothes touch the battery acid, wash them immediately. If your eyes
come in contact with battery acid, wash them and immediately consult your doctor. If the
surface of an object becomes soiled, use a cloth to wipe if off, avoiding direct contact.
Loading batteries

Open the battery door on the player.
Slide the top in the direction of the arrows gently.

Load batteries.
Make sure to match the polarity of the batteries.

Close the battery door.
