Installationsanweisung für Leistungsschaltgerät Das Leistungsschaltgerät wird serienmäßig für eine Spannung von 400 V AC 3N mit einer maxima- len Schaltleistung von 35 A je Phase und mit Sicherheitsabschaltung, in Verbindung mit unseren Saunasteuergeräten, geliefert. Montage und Anschluß der Sauna-Einrichtungen und anderer elektrischer Betriebsmittel dürfen nur durch einen Fachmann erfolgen, dabei ist VDE 0100 Teil 703 zu beachten. -

Montage • Leistungsschaltgerät an einer Wand im Aufstellungsraum der Saunakabine oder dem Technik- raum montieren. • Beachten Sie, dass von den eingebauten Schaltschützen Geräusche bei den Schaltvorgängen entstehen. Daher empfehlen wir, das Lastschaltgerät nicht an einer Wand der Saunakabine zu montieren. -

Montage Leistungsschaltgerät Das Leistungsteil darf nur außerhalb der Kabine montiert werden. Empfohlene Montageorte sind Kabinenaußenwand bzw. Technikraum oder Montageanordnungen die den baulichen Gegeben- heiten vor Ort angepasst sind. Sind bereits Leerrohre für die elektrischen Installationen vorhan- den, ist die Position des Leistungsteils durch diese vorbestimmt. Zur Montage verfahren Sie bitte nach folgender Anweisung: ! Achtung: Das Gerät darf nicht in geschlossenen Schaltschränken oder in einer ge- schlossenen Holzverkleidung installiert werden! - Page 11 2. In die obere mittlere Bohrung drehen Sie eine der Holzschrauben. An dieser Schraube wird das Leistungsteil eingehängt. Power switchgear installation instructions The standard power switchgear supplied is rated at 380-400 V AC (3N) and a maximum switching capacity of 35 A per phase and features a safety shutdown mechanism if installed together with our sauna control units. Only a qualified electrician working for an authorised electric company and taking account of VDE 0100 Part 703 may install and hook up sauna equipment and other electric utilities. -

Installation • Mount the power switchgear on a wall of the room the sauna cabin is installed in or of the en- gineering room. • Do not mount this piece of switchgear on a wall of the sauna cabin because switching of the contactors may produce a lot of noise. -

Power switchgear installation The main electronic unit (relay box) may be installed only outside the sauna cabin. The recom- mended places of installation are the outer sauna wall or the engineering room (plant room). If empty ducts for connection cables are already available, then they usually predetermine the in- stallation position.. - Page 24 2. Use the upper central screw to hang the relay box.
