Solution
Menu > Settings > Network & Internet >
Mobile network > Access point names
Pull down from the top of the screen and
touch Flight mode icon.
Chrome > Options (three dots) > History> Clear
Browsing Data
Calls > Options (three dots) > Settings > Calls >
Call forwarding
Settings > System > System update
Settings > Sound > Ringtones > Phone ringtone
An alarm or calendar event switches the
handset on automatically. Check Scheduled
power on or off settings.
Possible network coverage issue. Check the
signal level. With only 1 or 2 bars, the battery
has to work harder to maintain network contact.
Limit multi-media to save power. The battery
may be worn out.
When the screen is on press the volume
controls. Press < to view all volume and vibrate
settings.
