- Page 5 Bedienungsanleitung 1. Einleitung Diese Anleitung gilt ausschließlich für den Materiallift, wie er in dieser Montage- und Bedienungsanleitung (im Folgenden: “die Anleitung”) beschrieben ist . Bevor Sie mit dem Aufbau des Materiallifts beginnen, lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig . Das benötigte Fahrgerüst muss ebenfalls in Übereinstimmung mit dieser Anleitung aufgebaut und benutzt werden.

Aufbau Materiallift Box Der Materiallift Box kann nur mit dem Würth Tower PROTECT 180/120, Tower PROTECT 180/60 und dem Tower/Tower Plus verwendet werden . Für den ersten Einsatz entfernen Sie am Basisprofil die Inbusschrauben und schieben die Kupplung (Teil K) auf der Rückseite des Profils in die Führung. Danach drehen Sie die Inbusschrauben wieder ein. Bauen Sie das Gerüst entsprechend der Gerüstanleitung auf .
- Page 7 10 . Haken Sie den Träger (Teil G) an der Konsole ein . 5. Verwendung des Materiallift Box 1 . Legen Sie das Material in die Box . Achten Sie darauf, dass die Ladung nicht über die Box hinausragt und das Höchstgewicht von 30 kg nicht überschreitet .
- Page 8 6. Montage des Materiallifts Solar Der Materiallift Solar kann nur mit dem Würth TOWER 180/120 verwendet werden . Für den ersten Einsatz entfernen Sie am Basisprofil die Inbusschrauben und schieben die Kupplung (Teil K) auf der Rückseite des Profils in die Führung. Danach drehen Sie die Inbusschrauben wieder ein . 1 . Bauen Sie das Gerüst entsprechend der Gerüstanleitung auf . Montieren Sie den Lift an der rechten Stirnseite des Gerüsts! Montieren Sie Sie das Basisprofil (Teil B), indem Sie die Kupplung in einem Abstand von 70cm von der linken vertikalen Strebe des Montagerahmens anbringen und mit den Kupplungen befestigen. Achten Sie bei der späteren Montage des Solarrahmen (Teil A) darauf, dass die Öffnung auf der rechten Seite des Rahmens ist.
- Page 9 7. Verwendung des Materiallifts Solar 1. S etzen Sie maximal zwei Solarmodule mit einem Gesamtgewicht von 60 kg auf den Solarpaneelträger (Teil J) und schließen Sie die Schranke. 2. V erwenden Sie den Windschutzgurt des Solarträgers um die PV-Module zu sichern. Der Windschutzgurt muss unter allen Umständen verwendet werden (Abb. 1). 3. S etzen Sie den Steckschlüsseladapter auf die Winde, schalten Sie die Maschine in den Schraubmodus, beginnen Sie langsam und beschleunigen Sie die Maschine, wenn der Hub beginnt . 4 . Heben Sie den Träger/die Last an, indem Sie die Drehrichtung Links an der Bohrmaschine/des Akkuschraubers einstellen . 5. V erriegeln Sie die Winde mittels des Verriegelungshebels, wenn der Solarträger die höchste Position erreicht hat (Abb. 2). Abb .
- Page 10 Der Solarpaneelträger kann bis auf 120 cm verbreitert werden (max . Paneelbreite 120 cm) . Lösen Sie dafür die Hutmuttern und nehmen die gewünschte Einstellung vor . Danach ziehen Sie die Hutmuttern wieder fest. 9. Materiallift Solar in Kombination mit Materiallift Box Für die Verwendung der Materiallift Box auf dem Materiallift Solar entfernen Sie den Solarpaneelträger und haken Sie den Box Träger (Teil G) an der Konsole ein. Siehe Schritt 4 . 1 0 .

Aufbauanleitung nicht verstanden haben . Wenden Sie sich an den Lieferanten um Rat . Prüfen Sie, ob der Materiallift die richtige Lösung für die geplante Arbeit ist . Der Materiallift darf niemals von unbefugten Personen montiert, benutzt, bewegt Führen Sie eine gründliche Risikoanalyse für die Konstruktion und den Einsatz des oder demontiert werden .

Before starting to assemble the Material lift, you should carefully read this manual . The required tower should be assembled and used in accordance with this manual . 2. Safety instructions • To prevent accidents during assembly, disassembly and operation of the Material lift, the following safety regulations must be strictly adhered to . • A lways assemble the scaffold in accordance with the instructions supplied with the scaffold. • Never place loads heavier than 60 kg on the Material lift Solar . •... - Page 14 5. I nstall the winch (part E) on the last profile with the clutch and brake plate towards the scaffolding, and tighten it to the profile. 6. U nlock the safety clutch by folding up the locking bar. 7 . Lower the hoisting strop with the portable drill (powertool) in combination with socket wrench M10 . 8 . Attach the hook on the console . Make sure that the hoisting strop hangs straight and avoid twists . 9 .
- Page 15 6. Assembling the Material lift solar The material lift solar can only be used with the Würth TOWER 180/120 . For the first use remove one of the allen bolt, slide the coupler (Part K) on the back of the profiles and place the allen bolt. 1. A ssemble the scaffold according to the manual of the tower. Mount the lift on the right front side of the scaffold! Mount the base profile (part B) by placing the coupling at a distance of 70cm from the left vertical strut of the mounting frame and fasten it with the couplings. When mounting the solar frame (part A) later, make sure that the opening is on the right side of the frame . 2. S lide the console (Part I) over the profile from the top, lower it to the end.
- Page 16 7. Using the Material lift Solar 1 . Place maximum two solar panels with a total weight of 60 kg on the Solar carrier and close the barrier . 2. U se the wind protection strap of the solar carrier to secure the PV modules. The wind protection strap must be used under all circumstances (Fig. 1). 3 . Place the socket wrench adapter on winch, put the machine in screwing mode, start slowly and speedup the machine when the lift starts . 4 .
- Page 17 9. Materiallift Solar in combination with Materiallift Box For using the Materiallift Box on the Materiallift Solar remove the Carrier for material lift solar and Hook the carrier (Part G) to the console . See step 4 . 1 0 .

Contact the supplier for advice . Check that the Material lift is the correct lift solution for the intended work . Carry The Material lift must never be assembled, used, moved or dismantled by out a thorough risk analysis for the construction and use of the Material lift and act unauthorized persons.
