Features
This super-directional electret stereo microphone has been
developed to serve as the front microphone for video cameras.
By setting its mono/stereo switch to MONO, it can also be used
as a super-directional monaural microphone.
The AJ-MC900G has a stabilized power supply circuit built into
the grip and uses a DC 48 V capacitor microphone phantom
power supply.

Handling precautions

Electret capacitor microphones are easily damaged by high
temperatures and humidity. Therefore, take care not to expose
the microphone to water or to leave the microphone for
extended periods of time near strong lights, exposed to direct
sunlight during the summer, or in vehicles with the windows
rolled up, etc.
Be sure to use an output cable with balaced connections.
Unbalanced cables (cables which short Pin 2, 3, 4 or 5 to Pin 1)
cannot be used.
 S ee the operating instructions of the camera recorder for a
description of mounting methods.
