PS: If the main software pre-load before SMT, this step can be omitted.

Updating main SW can also use USB device. See Appendixo "How to use USB device to

1.3. Check or Change Project ID
Each TV model has only one Project ID in main SW which is stored in EEPROM. See
Appendixp "Project ID".
If you can see display on screen, enter factory menu to check or change ProjectID as follows:
"Factory menu" Ö" DesignMenu1" Ö" ProjectID".
If no display on screen, ProjectID can be changed by MTK Tool.

Note: The Project ID cannot change after service or repair TV set.
1.4. Functional Test
Once the boards (chassis, KB, IR, PSU...) and the panel are well interconnected, connect all
external generator devices to relevant inputs/outputs below according to their respective test
patterns format and check picture content and sound quality accordingly:
