Replacement 1s not necessary unless you wish to try a different

7. Unscrew thumbscrew that holds headsheli to tonearm.
REPLACING THE STYLUS
4. To avoid record darnage, repiace the stylus after about 800 hours
of use (after about one year if you play records about two hours
every day}.
2. Use the Pioneer PN-240 replacement stylus
3. To replace, pull off the old stylus holder and carefully push in the
new one,

Pull out headshell
Unscrew two screws that hold cartridge to headshell.
, Unptug headshell wires from cartridge pins.
Loosely screw on new cartridge.

6. Plug headshell wires onto cartridge pins, matching the wire color,
as shown in illustration,
