PLATTER BELT
1, Pull dust cover up and off of rear hinges.
2. Turn over platter.
3. Pinch belt on inner rim between thumb and forefinger.

7. Release belt onto pulley.

8. Place platter mat on platter (with "PIONEER" side up).
ADJUSTING
TRACKING FORCE
1. Fit counterweight onto rear end of tonearm.
2. Remove plastic band and release tonearm from armrest.
3. Set ARM-ELEVATION to DOWN.

5. Hold rear part of counterweight and set front part so that "0"
position is aligned with center tine on shaft
7. Set antiskating contro! to same number as tracking force
8. Remove plastic cover from cartridge stylus
9. Replace tonearm in armrest clasp.
10.
Replace dust cover on rear hinges.
