Rewinding the film in midroll
D
If you wish to unload the film before exposing ail the
frames, push the self-timer button for more than 3
secxinds. "
" appears on the LCD panel, and the
camera is now ready to rewind the film.
Q While keeping the self-timer button pressed, press the
shutter release button. The camera will start rewinding
the film. When the rewind is completed, the motor
stops, and "00" flickers on the LCD panel, indicating
the back cover may be safely opened.
Caution:
Never open the back cover until rewinding is completed.
Notes:
• During rewinding, the exposure counter counts frame
numbers in reverse.
• A 24-exposure film roll takes about 20 seconds to be
rewound.
• The entire roll of film including the film leader is always
rewound into the cartridge to avoid leakage of light onto
any part of the film.
