The Type 1526 is a direct-reading digital Strain Indi-
cator ideally suited to the measurement of static
strain, as well as dynamic strain up to a frequency of
300Hz. It can be used with a wide range of strain
gauges (and strain-gauge transducers) in quarter-,
half-, or full-bridge configuration. Up to 5 strain-
gauge bridges may be monitored .
For monitoring up to 400 bridge configurations, the
1 526 can be connected to a Multipoint Selector and
Control Type 1544 with up to 39 Multipoint Selec-
tors Type 1545. The Type 1 544 also has an output
socket for the transfer of digital information via the

K Interface Bus to other digital recorders and pro-
cessors .
