it is recommended to clean the outlet by
following the steps below.
1. Push the recessed part
of the service cover.
2. Remove the service
cover.
3. Press the removal
button of the brewing
container.
4. Remove the brewing
container.
PROBLEM
The appliance is not op-
erating.
The machine does not
respond at all or responds
late even after pressing
the function button on the
panel several times.
The coffee is not hot
enough.
The coffee can't come out. The system drain function

CAUSE
The appliance is not con-
nected to the mains.

fected by electromagnetic
interference.
- The panel may be dirty.
- The cups may not have
been heated.
- The brewing container
may be too cold.

Troubleshooting

SOLUTION
- Plug in the appliance and
press the button.
- Check the cord and plug.
- Unplug the appliance
from the socket. Restart
the appliance after a few
minutes.
- Clean the panel with the
cloth supplied.
- Rinse the appliance at
least 3 times before mak-
ing coffee.
Press the hot water button
until water comes out by
the spout.
