Use this saw only as intend-
ed. Unintended use may re-

This product is intended to cut wood and
wood-like products only. Dust build up around
the lower guard and hub from other materials
(plastic, masonry or metal) may disable the low-
er guard operation.
Cutting Masonry/Metal
Do not cut metal or masonry
with this circular saw. The
dust from metal or masonry cutting will cause
the lower guard to become sluggish and may not
